Privacy Policy
What this site collects, and what it does not.
Last updated September 8, 2026.
Who we are
This site is an independent fan wiki for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Asobo Studio or Focus Entertainment. The operating entity and contact address are still to be confirmed and will be published here before launch.
Information we collect
The site has no accounts, no sign-in, no comment system and no contact form, so we do not ask you for personal information. Our web host records standard server request logs, which can include your IP address, user agent and the page requested.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2WCR43MZZ9) to count visits and see which guides people actually read. It stores first-party cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_2WCR43MZZ9, and sends Google the pages you view along with your IP address, from which Google derives an approximate location, and basic device and browser details. We look at that only in aggregate and make no attempt to identify individual readers. What Google does with the data is governed by its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser opt-out add-on, by blocking cookies for this site, or with any tracker-blocking extension — every page works exactly the same either way.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. A third-party ad network serves a single native banner at the foot of each page, loaded from pl31245542.profitableratecpmnetwork.com. To select and measure those ads the network receives your IP address, user agent, the page you are on and the page you came from, and it may set its own cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We never pass it your name, email or any other detail, because we do not hold any. What the network does with the data is governed by its own privacy policy, and the name of the network operator and a link to that policy are to be confirmed and will be added here. Blocking cookies for this site or using an ad-blocking extension stops the banner loading; every guide still reads exactly the same.
Third-party content
The official launch trailer only loads from YouTube after you click play, so no YouTube request is made until then. Once you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Links to Focus Entertainment, Steam and Reddit take you to services with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can browse the whole site without playing the trailer and without following any external link. Because we hold no accounts and no personal profiles, there is no account data for you to request or delete.
Contact
A contact address for privacy questions is to be confirmed and will be added here before launch.
